Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 August 2026
1. The service
Brand Anything provides auction machinery for advertising placements on physical surfaces owned by hosts. Brand Anything is a venue: hosts list surfaces, sponsors bid, and Brand Anything processes deposits. The advertising agreement for each placement is between the host and the winning sponsor.
2. Accounts
You need an account to host a campaign or place a bid. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including brand names, links and uploaded artwork.
3. Bidding and deposits
Placing a bid authorises a hold on your payment card for the deposit shown at bid time (a percentage of your bid, subject to a minimum). No funds are captured at bid time. If you are outbid, the hold is released automatically. If you win and the host approves your placement, the deposit is captured and the host will invoice you directly for the balance of your winning bid.
Bids are binding offers. Auctions may extend automatically when bids arrive near the closing time (soft close). Auctions run for at most 7 days because card authorizations expire after 7 days.
4. Host obligations and moderation
Hosts must own or control the surface they list, describe it accurately, and perform approved placements as described in their campaign (surface, duration, visibility). Hosts may refuse any winning bid; refused bids have their deposits released in full. Hosts are responsible for complying with local laws on advertising, signage and disclosure.
5. Content and trademarks
Sponsors must hold the rights to the logos and brand assets they upload. Placements do not imply endorsement by Brand Anything, the host, or any brand shown alongside. Brand Anything may remove content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes third-party rights.
6. Fees
Listing is free. Brand Anything retains a platform fee (10% of the winning bid unless stated otherwise) from captured deposits before remitting the remainder to the host.
7. Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brand Anything is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the performance of the host–sponsor advertising agreement. Brand Anything's aggregate liability is limited to the fees it retained from the transaction giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
